At LookBookHQ, we are a group of passionate marketers who are committed to shaking up the world of modern marketing. We thought that there had to be a better way to market to busy prospects. So we built LookBookHQ to do just that - to give people the best possible experience with content while giving marketers the tools to better control and track what their prospects see and read online. And this is just the beginning.

We are growing (fast!) and we are looking for someone join our Client Success team in a position that is dedicated to helping our customers adopt our solution, coach clients through building and testing, and be able to support our Client Success Managers to ensure that each client is successful.   • You are able to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
  • You are a self-starter who is also an excellent team player
  • You are able to handle (and THRIVE in) a fast paced environment


  • You are post-secondary educated with 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • You have experience in a customer/client facing role
  • You have B2B marketing and tech-related experience (SaaS a plus and extra points if you have B2B marketing tech         experience) 

The Job:
We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but rather to be the right kind of person who will be able to hit the ground running and learn fast. Your days will include interacting with clients to help them adopt our software through developing and maintaining expertise of the LookBookHQ platform. Responsible for administering product education, best practices, inspiration, and ensuring that all clients are up to date on the offerings that the LookBookHQ platform provides. You will act as a resource to our Client Success Managers and assist them through preparing client reports, by providing building and testing assistance to clients, and preparing supporting materials for regular client meetings.
